Zach Solomon

Zach joined Class VI in 2022. In his current role as an Associate, Zach’s primary responsibilities include many aspects of the transaction process, including financial analysis & modeling, pre-market preparations, market interface, due diligence management, and deal execution.

Prior to joining Class VI, Zach worked as the Director of Acquisitions and Business Development at Tregan Energy Partners, a Dallas-based Oil & Gas fund focused on the acquisition of properties through the United States. At Tregan, he was responsible for the sourcing of investment opportunities and partnerships, negotiations and due diligence efforts, and oversaw the closing and management of acquisitions. Zach received his MBA from Southern Methodist University with a focus in Finance and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin.
