Danny Parkinson joined Class VI in March 2015 and is a Vice President. Danny’s primary responsibilities include executing and closing transactions involving the sale or financing of mid-market companies across a broad range of industries. He is also involved in financial analysis, modeling, market research, and client valuations. Over his career, Danny has worked on over 30 closed transactions representing $900 million of enterprise value.
Previously, Danny worked as an Investment Banking Analyst and Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at KPMG Corporate Finance (formerly known as St. Charles Capital). At KPMG and St. Charles, Danny specialized in sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments for financial service companies having successfully closed 18 transactions representing over $575 million in transaction value. Danny holds a BA and MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
