Class VI Partners Represents Power Wellness in Its Acquisition by The Sports Facilities Companies 

Class VI Partners (“Class VI”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Power Wellness Management, LLC. (“Power Wellness” or the “Company”) by The Sports Facilities Companies (“SFC”). The acquisition strengthens SFC’s ability to serve municipalities, healthcare systems, and higher education with integrated destination recreation and fitness management solutions.

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Lombard, Illinois, Power Wellness is one of the most trusted names in community health, fitness, and wellness. With more than 2,000 consulting, management, fitness, and technology professionals, Power Wellness partners with institutions to maximize the impact of their investments in fitness, recreation and wellness, including evidence-based, medically integrated wellness programs. Power Wellness currently manages 26 facilities in 13 states, serving more than 90,000 community members.

Integration with SFC will occur in thoughtful phases over the coming months, with a focus on maintaining continuity for clients while expanding resources to enable future growth.
