Class VI Partners represents Endurable Building Products, LLC in its acquisition by UFP Industries, Inc.

Class VI Partners (“Class VI”, formerly known as “CapitalValue Advisors” or “CVA”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Endurable Building Products, LLC (“Endurable” or the “Company”), by a wholly owned subsidiary of UFP Industries, Inc. (“UFP”). Class VI served as the exclusive financial advisor to Endurable. “David’s and Bob’s story is full of entrepreneurial savvy and demonstrates their ability to identify a market need and build a successful business around it,” said Cameron McCaslin, Associate at Class VI, “It was an honor to represent Endurable and be a part of the success they have experienced. We believe UFP is a great home for the Company, and we are excited to see this partnership take Endurable to the next level.”

Endurable (https://endurable.com/) is a manufacturer of aluminum-based building products located in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. The Company was founded in 2003 by David Battel and Bob Naegele III. Originally focused on aluminum building products for both single-family and multi-family housing, in 2009 the Company pivoted to focusing solely on multi-family dwellings. Endurable provides balconies, decking, railing, and other ancillary products to multi-family dwellings of all sizes. With project experience across the country, Endurable has scaled into a leading manufacturer of alternative material building products.

The acquisition will allow the Company to continue to pursue new product strategies and bolster its presence in new markets. “Joining UFP gives Endurable the opportunity to expand our capacity, broaden our geographic reach, and offer UFP’s complementary products and services to our customers,” said David Battel, CEO of Endurable. “I’m very excited about what this means for our customers and for our team members as we continue to build our business as part of UFP Industries.”

Bob and I are thrilled with the job that Class VI did during the entire transaction,” said David Battel.

They helped us through every aspect of the process, from laying out initial expectations to negotiating some difficult deal points with UFP.  Above all, the team at Class VI have become good friends of ours, and what we appreciated most is their down-to-earth, steady disposition and attitude.”
