DENVER (2016) – Class VI Partners (formerly CapitalValue Advisors (“CVA”)) is pleased to announce the sale of Rocky Mountain Industrial Services (RMIS) to Envirosystems Inc., a portfolio company of TorQuest Partners. Class VI Partners served as the exclusive investment bank to RMIS.

Based in Denver, Colorado, RMIS provides full-service, safety-driven chemical cleaning solutions to clients across the United States. The company specializes in chemical cleaning, consulting, and engineering services in the power generation, cogeneration, mining, petrochemical, pulp and paper, and pharmaceutical industries. With nearly 50 years of collective experience in chemical cleaning, RMIS has built a national reputation for safety, service, and innovation.

Co-headquartered in Fridley, Minnesota, United States, and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada, Envirosystems provides industrial and environmental services across North America. The company’s services include catalyst changeout, chemical cleaning, high-pressure cleaning, hydro-excavation, mobile spent caustic treatment, waste disposal/treatment, and vacuum services.
The transaction was closed on August 31, 2016. BakerHostettler in Denver served as legal counsel to RMIS.
