Zack Gibson

Zack is the Managing Director of Investment Banking at Class VI. He leads the firm’s investment banking practice, guiding entrepreneurs through the sale or recapitalization of their business so they capture full value and never leave money on the table. He meets entrepreneurs to educate them on their options long before a transaction is on the table, provides senior direction and insight over the deal team’s pre-market preparation, financial modeling, and marketing materials, and leads client relationships and transaction negotiation through close. 

Zack previously worked at Hopen Life Science Ventures, a Grand Rapids-based venture capital firm focused on early- to mid-stage life science investments. There he handled valuation, due diligence, and investment opportunity analysis. 

He holds a BA in Economics and Spanish from Calvin University and an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
