Chris Henderson

As Chief Operating Officer at Class VI, Chris works to ensure the firm fully understands what its founder clients need to grow their businesses, and shapes the Pathfinder consulting engagement and the firm’s other value-added experiences around those needs. He supports the business development and advisory services teams on client engagement and project execution strategy, oversees operational execution so client experiences stay seamless, and engages directly with clients in situations where his own experience is relevant. 

Chris began his career as an investment banking analyst at First Boston and went on to serve as a managing director in private equity at Vestar Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm. He has since been COO of the City of Denver, Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Interior, CEO of the Universal Service Administrative Company, and COO of DHI Group, a Denver-based public technology company. 

He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA from Columbia University.
